[KAFKA-2458] Documentation bug - Quickstart references 'bin/kafka-XXX-topic.sh' scripts which no longer exist

Description

When following the guide @ https://kafka.apache.org/08/quickstart.html with the latest version available (0.8.2.1), I found reference to the following scripts:

bin/kafka-create-topic.sh
bin/kafka-list-topic.sh

These have apparently been replaced by a single script,
bin/kafka-topic.sh --create
bin/kafka-topic.sh --list
