From Jacob Homan:

"I don't see the 8.1.1 test jar in the ASF repo (https://repository.apache.org/index.html#nexus-search;gav~org.apache.kafka~kafka_2.9.1~~~~kw,versionexpand), nor the Scala 2.10 version of any of the jars. Is this an oversight; if so can we publish them?"
