Description

It seems that error of this form:

ERROR streams.KafkaStreams: stream-client [testAppId-56832986-6ff0-4583-8aaf-85fafd7b4fe4] Global thread has died. The streams application or client will now close to ERROR.

are being reported when Streams are closed gracefully. This seems to be not right. See attached files for repro case
