    Description

      We're not ready to make this a public feature yet, but I want to start experimenting with some ways to make Streams applications more resilient in the face of isomorphic topological changes (eg adding/removing/reordering subtopologies).

      If this turns out to be stable and useful, we can circle back on doing a KIP to bring this feature into the public API
