I am currently having trouble getting the jxr-maven-plugin to pick up additional (test) source folders, regardless of whether the are added by the build-helper-maven-plugin or the sourceRoot/testSourceRoot configuration elements of the exec-maven-plugin.

This issue may be related to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JXR-42.
