Description

When trying to add a new publisher I'm getting an error. It's not clear to me what's going on. I think the boolean field my need to be a '1' rather then be 'y'.
Also, if it's easy to fix, can the error be a popup? Or a different color, it doesn't stand out right now. See attachment
