Build 'clean' target does not remove the content in juddi-core-openjpa\src\main

      Description

'mvn clean install' from the trunk is not correctly copying files to juddi-core-openjpa\src\main

The observed behavior is that the files are not overwritten when there is a change and a manual delete of juddi-core-openjpa\src\main is required in ensure that changes are made. It's probably a fault in one of the build scripts

It actually is a great idea to attach the refresh from core to the 'clean' phase of maven. This way a 'mvn clean' deletes and copy's things from the core module, so it's ready to go in a fully consistent state. Fix applied
