https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SOA-1841, Styles from inherited from other stylesheets turn the font-weight to bold when hovering over them, This can cause the text to increase in length and there for the box too. Setting the font-weight to 'regular' in the uddiportlets.css overrides this behavior.
