PostgreSQL MONITOR table does not record time

      Description

      The MONITOR table created by the PostgreSQL create_database.sql script uses a DATE type for the LOG_TIME. Other databases use a full datetime type.

      Solution, change the postgresql/create_database.sql script to use:
      LOG_TIME TIMESTAMP NOT NULL

        Unfortunately I don't have a PostgreSQL installation to test this out on so I'm just going to apply the fix as recommended by Jonathan.
