    Description

      In completing JSP-665 (well, still have to handle page renames but that's upcoming...), I temporarily created a non-static nonStaticDeleteTestPage alongside the static one (necessary for the TestEngine to send PAGE_DELETED notification). This patch gets rid of the static deleteTestPage and renames the other to deleteTestPage and updates all the test cases to use it. The JUnit tests all worked fine after this patch.
