Description

This issue originated from JSPWIKI-196

CurrentTimePlugin includes following non-localized format string:

public static final String DEFAULT_FORMAT = "HH:mm:ss dd-MMM-yyyy zzzz";

This should be changed to use the user's prefered Date/Time format.
