Description

In j2-admin::CategoryPortletSelector,
Function 'add category' and 'remove category' does not work on IE browser.

When you creates new category or remove category, IE browser is alerts you some script exception.

step)
1. Click the 'add category' button.
2. Insert category name.
3. Click 'OK'
4. Browser alert script exception and then stoped logic.

If you selected category and removed category, IE browser alert you some script exception too.
