Description

The serializer component serializes and deserializes Jetspeed data.
This seralize can be used for:

1. normalize all seed data for populating the Jetspeed system to go thru Jetspeed API
all seed database population scripts will be converted to XML, removing complexities
for scripts specfic to a particular database. Instead, seed data will run thru Jetspeed API

2. Jetspeed ME type implementations serializing data in XML format to file system
