[JS2-122] For a portlet that uses ServletPortlet, l10ned title is not displayed

Description

For a portlet that uses o.a.j.portlet.ServletPortlet(ex. RoleSecurityTest,
UserInfoTest,...), l10ned title is not displayed. So, English title is
displayed. The cause is, as for ServletPortlet, since the proper
classloader is not set to PortletDefinition on JetspeedPortletFactory,
it cannot get the resource bundle.
