Description

The orange-red-Bordered skin does not apply in the customizer. The result
appears to be nothing happened or an error message in place of the content.

The error is in WEB-INF/conf/skins.xreg, the entry:

<skin-entry name="orange-red-Bordered" hidden="false">

has a typo in the line

<property name="portlet-style-class" value="BorderdPortlet"
hidden="false"/>

should be

<property name="portlet-style-class" value="BorderedPortlet"
hidden="false"/>

This is in 1.3a2 as well as Dec 29 nightly build for 1.3a3-dev
