[JEXL-236] Support CharSequence in size(), empty() and contains() operators

Description

I would be convenient if JEXL would support out of the box the broader CharSequence interface instead of String for operators like size(), empty() and =~. I have prepared a patch for this. If nobody has any objections, please promote it to the source tree. Thanks.
