Description

SPARQL update queries lost the ability to specify initial bindings. The patch will add that functionality (note that initial bindings are only meaningful for INSERT/DELETE/WHERE and DELETE/WHERE update queries.

Note that this changes the API for 3rd party UpdateEngine implementers.
