Description

If blank node starts with number like this:

http://www.kuka.com/kb/modelica.owl#3DoFKatanaRobot

The getLocalName(); of Resource class returns without the number like this:

DoFKatanaRobot

And the getNameSpace(); of Resource class returns this

http://www.kuka.com/kb/modelica.owl#3
