Description

The documentation at http://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/filter.html should be clarified with respect to ancestor nodes.

All uncovered ancestor nodes are

1. created with the node type given in the package (in case they are given in the package and not yet existing in the repo)
2. created with node type "nt:folder" (in case they are not given in the package and not yet existing in the repo)
3. not touched (in case they are already existing in the repo)
