    Description

      Initial producer cost is currently not reflected in the eventProducerTime TimeSeries. The ListenerTracker only gets EventIterator instances passed that contain at least one element. For some implementations (like Oak) the initial step to assure at least one element can be a significant cost and is currently not reflected in the producer time.
