Tests for which setup fails leak sessions

      Description

      The tests for which setup() terminates abnormally do not log out the superuser session. This includes all tests which throw a NotExecutableException in setup(). See for example AbstractVersionTest.setup().

      This problem is amplified by the fact that the test runner keeps a reference to all tests thus preventing gc from cleaning these sessions up.
