[JCLOUDS-991] Usage records for Volume usage allow a size field not handled by JClouds

Description

According to https://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.1/root_admin/listUsageRecords.html cloudstack notes that "size" is a valid field for volume usage records.

Its not currently available in the 1.7 (and upwards) version of JClouds, and is inhibiting our ability to return volume usage.
