Description

Google compute and OAuth tests are a bit out of date and live tests fail in several areas: GCEL images are deprecated in favor of Debian, live tests are inconsistent in how credentials are loaded, parallel tests all but guarantee maxing out the 5 network quota, and a few other issues.
