Description
Currently the Azure signer uses the default expiration instead of honoring the user-supplied value. After fixing this testSignGetUrlWithTime, testSignGetUrlWithTimeExpired, testSignPutUrlWithTime, and testSignPutUrlWithTimeExpired from BaseBlobSignerLiveTest should succeed without expected UnsupportedOperationException.
