[JCLOUDS-1031] Google Compute SSH timeout

Description

After creating an instance on Google, I try to run a number of scripts via SSH. Sometimes the scripts run fine but mostly one of the SSH connections times out. I do this with many providers and only have a problem with Google and the UBUNTU image (see attached code).

This is a recent change, in that it worked 6 months ago, but I don't know if the change is with jclouds or with google.

I thought it was possibly to do with this https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/commit/060b66a4f7f48aa9c2e79dafeb0540b896f39355 but that doesn't seem to help.
