AddFooter and Encoding issues

    Description

      AddFooter does bad things with encodings.

      It seems there is a bug in AddFooter mailet..

      if i add the fooder some special chars get broken (Umlaute)

      I saved the mail to a repository before use AddFooter and after it. Here

      Maybe anyone can have a look.. seems to be a bug..
      And why the : Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
      is gone after adding the Fooder ?

      Should i make a Bugreport ? Can someone confirm this ?
