I implemented listing identities while experimenting LTT.RS support, but did not implemented retrieving individual identities. Guilty!
We need to add a ids field within IdentityGetRequest.
The ids of server-set identities (alias) are based uon the underlying address, hashed.
So we would likely need to list all aliases of a user, then only return the identities requested as part of the Identity/get call.
