Description

Build is globally too long. We should try to gain speed. Here are some potential wins:

• Limit docker usage where needed
• Try to promote ClassRule use with docker when possible
• Review mailetcontainer configuration for speed.
• Review JMAP test provisionning
• Avoid waiting in EmbeddedES upon start and stop.
