 Description  

Currently, the Forward & Group API is inconsistent.
 - On an address with no forwards/groups/other mappings a 404 is returned
 - On an address with no forward/group mappings but other mappings, empty list is returned.

Expected result  

Match the documentation:

 - 404: The given user don't have forwards or does not exist
&
 - 404: The group does not exist
