Description

I believe we can easily improve our README.

I propose:

• To start by a section explaining the project.
• Include a link to possible contributions.
• Move Developper reminders (How to run, site etc... Everything not essential to new comers) in separated "How To files" with links.
• Include a summary to the various sections.
• Display our logo...
• Link the website...
