Here are the reproduction steps:

• have a draft in the Drafts mailbox (this message has the $Draft keyword)
• try to update a flag, for example isFlagged
• the server returns notUpdate with invalidArguments and message "Messages without '$Draft' keyword are prohibited in drafts mailboxes"
