Description

As https://github.com/IgorTsapyak reported, JMX metric reporter is no started with Spring

We miss a @PostConstruct annotation on DropWizardMetricFactory start method (which is called by Guice injections). Hence the method is never called.

Please ensure the reporter is well started.
