Description

New AbstractNetworkMatcher class using NetMatcher. RemoteAddr[Not]InNetwork are now subclasses.

Uses the NetMatcher utility class, which accepts network addresses in various formats, e.g.,

• 10.0.0.*
• 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0
• 10.0.0.0/24
