[JAMES-1259] Problem sending email to local and non-local recipients with Camel 2.6.0

Description

James is not able to deliver email having local recipient in CC. When it try, the email remains in "store/activemq/blob-transfer/" and cpu rising to 100%.
From this point on, James is not able to send any mail. All emails remain in "store/activemq/blob-transfer/" until OOM is reached. To resolve it's necessary delete email in "store/activemq/blob-transfer/" and restart the server.
