Description

We are able to change the behaviour of the spool (so after smtp/lmtp).
However, we have no config to change pop3/imap4 behaviour.
This behaviour is normalized, but in certain circumstances, it would be nice to have control on it (example: decrption of mails that were previously encrypted via a mailet).
