[IVY-489] Post-Resolve task shouldn't set the 'resolveid'

Description

I was testing our whole build system and it fails strangely into artifactreport (I'm generating an artifactreport in the cache for further reuse only if the dependencies have changed) and the error message was 'ModuleDescriptor for resolve with id 'xxxxxxxx' not found.'

Debugging in the task I found the resolveid issue (see the 2 other bugs open elsewhere).
The post resolve tasks do create a resolveid if this is not set by [organization]-[module], however I cannot see any evidence of that in the 'Resolve' task.

Not sure exactly what is supposed to be the behavior.
