Major Description
There are occasions, such as with inherited projects, where circular dependencies exist and it would be nice if these could be represented in ivy.
For example int the four project situation where
ProjectA --> ProjectB --> ProjectC --> ProjectA
ivy should note that there is a circular dependency but not error.
The ability to generate graphml on this would be useful too.
