Description

I've described my problem on StackOverflow, at: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21888490/ivy-wont-download-a-timestamped-snapshot-artifact-from-nexus-pro .

I've followed all of the reasonable instructions I can find, but Ivy simply doesn't download the artifact. It doesn't report errors, it just seems to not try. It clearly "resolves" the artifact on the repo, but that's all.
