Description

Some people only use private repositories to avoid public repositories problems (latency, maintenance, accuracy, ...). The problem is that maintaining such private repositories can be quite time consuming.

The purpose of this feature request is to allow users to define an access to a public resolver, which is only used to download modules in a private repository. Then the modules in the private repository can be checked to see if they meet the private repository constraints, but the initial download is much easier.
