[IVY-137] do not add resolver info in ivy files in cache so that they can be safely used as usual ivy files in a repository

Description

For the moment when ivy resolve a dependency, it puts its ivy file in cache but modify it to store the information of which resolver was used to resolve it. This makes using the cache as a repository (with a mere copy for instance) not easy at all. Storing the resolver info outside the ivy file would let this task much easier.
