      Description

      ApacheURLLister.retrieveListing() was changed for IVY-1175. The method now handles hrefs with text value ending in "..>" by treating those text values as truncated, which may be correct behavior. However, the method should also handle hrefs with text value ending in "..>" and handle those as truncated as well, since > is the preferred html syntax.

      Here is the patch:

      165a166,170
      >             } else if (text.endsWith("..>")) {
      > // text is probably truncated, we can only check if the href starts with text
      >                 if (!href.startsWith(text.substring(0, text.length() - 6))) {
      >                     continue;
      >                 }
