Description

Because at the moment the command itself doesn't see the ActionInteractionEvent, even though the subscribers do! and there's useful information in that event object.

With this implemented the action being invoked (or indeed its validate methods etc) will be able, by injecting the Command, to be able to get to the same ActionInteractionEvent that all the other subscribers on the event bus can see.
