Description

NB: DN 4.0 only supports Java 7, so this is also dependent on our moving to Java 7 across board (see ISIS-568).

NB: should also check ISIS-647 (fix for http://www.datanucleus.org/servlet/jira/browse/NUCCORE-1103).

• will possibly want to enable to get better perf?

NB: also know that there's a change to the way that polymorphism works, is mapped differently (in Estatio).
