Description

This is not an issue in 1.4.1, so must be a regression from some other change made on snapshot ... perhaps the upgrade to Wicket 6.15.0.

Not going to spend time to investigate, since have solution (refactoring the OK submit button to use AjaxButton rather than vanilla Button).
