Re: commons-lang:

Analysis shows that only Scimpi module has a fairly deep dependency on commons-lang (string escaping). Otherwise there's very little usage, so should be refactored to remove these dependencies in Isis as a whole.

Re: commons-collection:

Analysis shows can all be easily refactored to use guava.
