Description

INITIALLY:

• still need to copy over from the sister projects
• need to update package names
• make sure that the reference to hibernate is marked optional
• make sure that the documentation is clear about this.

Ensure that the following are addressed:
1 - docbook PDF is coherent
2 - site APT is complete (can be brief)
3 - copyright notices are in place
4 - Isis code formatting applied to all code, per standard Eclipse IDE settings (in particular: brace location, spaces instead of tabs, indent size)
