[Wicket Viewer] Support for generic Value-Type Conversion based on ValueSemantics

    Description

      Replace uses of Wicket built-in Converters with ones based on ValueSemantics. We identified 4 categories of value-types

      1. Numerical
      2. Temporal (Date and Time)
      3. String based
      4. Composite (planned for RC1)
