[Wicket] use generic RoleName 'org.apache.isis.security.AUTHORIZED_USER_ROLE'

    Description

      At the moment there is code in both the filters for keycloak and shiro to add in the role required by Wicket viewer.  This should be removed (implicit coupling) and instead Wicket viewer should provide its own WebModule that adds in a filter to do this work somehow.
