[CAUSEWAY-2703] ApplicationTenancy's autocomplete doesn't seem to work (not available for secman-admin)

Description

At the moment, if attempt to create a new tenancy, the parent param cannot be set.

Notes:

• I think this is to do with the matching of abstract ApplicationTenancy to the target type.

• Attempting to use Bounded instead on the abstract ApplicatoinTenancy resulted in runtime exception.
