  org.apache.isis.core:isis-core-commons -> org.apache.isis.commons:isis-commons

• Isis-Parent to be parent to the entire Apache Isis ecosystem.

  org.apache.isis.core:isis-parent -> org.apache.isis:isis-parent

• Rename Core artifact

  org.apache.isis.core:isis -> org.apache.isis.core:isis-core

• Rename/relocate smoketests to regression-tests (regtests)
